In this role, you will work on brand, social, website, and marketing creative. You’ll spend the majority of your time creating materials for brand marketing campaigns, social media posts, website updates, as well as other online and offline marketing collateral. 

The ideal candidate has the ability to work on a number of different types of projects in quick production cycles and have an interest in helping to establish a brand voice with fresh ideas. You have a stellar mix of visual acumen, creative thinking, project management and are passionate about making high-quality brand and growth creative.

Transsnet Financial is launching game-changing fintech apps in the Nigerian market to help people transact, save and borrow money. Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience either in-house or agency side working on graphic design
  • Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense
  • Experience working with brand guidelines while localising creative to fit market needs
  • Competent user of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.  Skills in animation, illustration and video editing a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the local and international marketing team to help evolve the PalmPay visual brand
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to produce visual design creative for digital and offline marketing campaigns across all channels including social media, website, email, ads, billboards, brand materials and more
  • Follow a design process including planning concepts by studying information and materials, drafting ideas for feedback through rough layout of art and copy, preparing finished art for upload/print and coordinating with outside agencies, printers, etc as needed.
  • Leverage data & learnings to inform the creative process and final designs
  • Generate ideas, inspire your teammates, respectfully give and receive feedback
  • Ability to self-manage to meet multiple deadlines, prioritise work, and keep projects moving forward
